What is a Reward Card?

BT load a prepaid card with money then once it’s activated you can start spending.

It’s not the same as a debit or credit card: you can’t load your own money onto it, so once the £200 is used up, it’s gone for good.

How do I use my BT Reward Card?

The BT Reward Card uses Chip and PIN.

There are no credit checks needed with reward cards. As soon as you activate it, you can use it.

Once you’ve ordered your new broadband deal and it is installed, head over to BT’s Claim My Reward Card page to log in and claim your reward using your BT ID. If you’re successful, you’ll get it in the post within 30 days.

If the reward card doesn’t arrive within 30 days, you can contact BT here.

It can be used anywhere with a MasterCard logo. This includes online stores like Amazon and supermarkets like Tesco or Morrisons.

You can check your balance online for free by visiting www.purecard.com. You can also call Grass Roots Customer Services on on 0344 800 6435. This is charged at the same standard network rate as 01 or 02 landline numbers, including when calling from a mobile.

Act fast to claim your BT Reward Card

You’ve got until midnight on Tuesday 21 March 2017 to pick up your £200 BT Reward Card with new BT Infinity broadband packages.
